Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of Terms
By creating a MilEx account or using the MilEx website, mobile app, or any related service (collectively, the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old to use MilEx. By using the Service you represent that the information you provide is accurate and that you are legally able to enter into a binding agreement.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. Activity Tracking
MilEx awards points based on cycling, running, and walking activities synced from connected services (such as Strava) or logged manually. You agree to submit only genuine activity data performed by you. Fabricated, duplicated, automated, or otherwise fraudulent activity will result in point forfeiture and possible account termination.
5. MilEx Points
Points are a non-monetary reward unit. They have no cash value, cannot be transferred or sold, and cannot be redeemed for cash. We may adjust earn rates, expiration rules, and reward catalog pricing at any time. Points may expire after 24 months of account inactivity.
6. Rewards & Redemptions
Reward availability is subject to stock and partner participation. Once a redemption is confirmed, points are deducted and cannot be reversed except where required by law. Shipping, warranty, and service terms are provided by the fulfilling partner.
7. Acceptable Use
You agree not to (a) reverse engineer the Service, (b) use bots or scripts to inflate activity, (c) resell points or rewards, or (d) use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
8. Third-Party Services
The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Strava. Your use of those platforms is governed by their own terms. We are not responsible for the availability or content of third-party services.
9. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. MilEx does not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that point calculations will always be accurate.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MilEx shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
